Nepal Telecom has been cheating the customers at Pokhara which we can find out at this video coverage where the sting operation is done. At Pokhara's branch of Nepal Telecom, the customers had shared the pain where they say when they go to pay bill they can face the negligence of staff as well as they shares that after paying bill also they are not getting the proper service rather they have to face harsh behavior of the staff which had made a women literally cry at office as she can not come again and again for paying.
